Dear Ajithan:
Greetings! My name is Udayakumar, a friend, reader and admirer of your dad. We met a few days ago here at Idinthakarai and he gave me your blogspot url. It took me a few days to get to it. I have gone through some of your representative works; let me tell you how impressed I am. Not because you are the son of a friend but because you establish yourself as a creative, thoughtful and reflective young Nature-lover. This country and the world need more and more young people like you. As Swami Vivekananda says, "A hundred thousand young men and women" such as yourself can and will change the fate of this Earth.
As a lover of the English language and a friend of the Earth, I sincerely appreciate the inter-play of both these in your writings. I am very impressed with your lucid language, uncommon courage and intellectual honesty. Keep it all up! And do send me your articles to my email address also. I look forward to meeting you sometime soon and discussing things.
best regards
udayakumar

Respected Udaya Kumar,
I am very much thrilled
to hear from you such an enthusiastic appreciation at this time of political
rallies and demonstrations you are involved in and leading, May I say.
I can only wonder how you’ve been able to
find time amidst your busy schedule and I am very thankful and humbled by it.
I greatly admire your activities against
nuclear energy power plants of which destructive potential overcome any assured
safety possible and are installed with least democratic concern. I heartily
support the opposition and wish PMANE success. I wish I was there with my
father on that day to meet you but unfortunately I had exams.
I will possibly write my views on nuclear
power plants after I read up on it.

Hai Aji!,
ReplyDeleteHow are you?. I was told by Vijaya Raghavan, Erode about your blog yesterday only. It is nice to see and read that the small boy seen in Dharmapuri in mid nineties, has blossomed into expert/intellectual. I have read your articles on Mynah and Gandhi's salad. This reading is hurried one and I am not able to react immediately. But, they are quiet interesting ones. Hope I will react quickly with some useful comments to you. This is very congratulatory comment only.
Best of luck to your future endeavor.
Sengathir.
